To add your employer, health plan, and provider information:
  • Go to the "more" menu in the bottom bar
  • Select “My healthcare info" (in the "Account" section)
  • Select "Health Plan/Employer" or "Doctor/Health Care Provider" to complete each page

    If we partner with your employer or health plan, you'll have access to an expanded set of tools and features tailored to your benefits package. You can find these extra tools in "health" in the bottom bar, as well as throughout your timeline. If your employer or health plan are not in our database, please enter "Other" and accept the terms and conditions to receive access to the included programs.
