Enrolling in a program gives you access to articles, timeline content, and health prompts related to a particular health topic, such as "Sleep" or "General health."

To see the different available programs and enroll yourself or your child in a program, please tap "health" in the bottom bar to open the "Health & medical" page. If you haven't already, you can also take the health assessment for yourself and your children as well as update your healthcare information from this page.

The programs will be listed in two sections:

Once you have enrolled yourself or your children in a program, you will receive content and prompts in your timeline based on the program's content. For example, if you enroll your child in the "Preventative care" program, you will receive prompts asking if you have scheduled their next well-child visit. At any time, you can return to the "health" page, open a program, and browse all of the articles included in that program
