How do I report inappropriate or abusive content?

To report an abusive or inappropriate question:

Tap the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the question
Select “Flag as inappropriate”

To report an abusive or inappropriate comment:

Hold down your finger on the comment until "Flag an inappropriate" pops up
Tap "OK"
