At this time, Ovia only provides tracking for the birth control pill (combination, extended cycle, or minipill) and the IUD. Additional birth control methods will be added in future updates to the app. To configure your account to "Tracking my period":

> Tap "More" menu in the bottom bar

> Select "Your profile"

> At the top of the page, select "Tracking my period"

Please note that this removes some, but not all, fertility content.
