To change your birth control method:

1. Go to "More" menu in the bottom bar

2. Select "Your profile"

3. Tap "Birth control method"

4. Select "I started a new method"

5. Follow the steps to add the new method

Once you switch methods, the previously logged data from your previous birth control method will no longer be visible or editable in your calendar or data logging page. However, this data is available in your data export file. You can request an export of all data logged in your account during the last year (from the date of the data export) by going to “More” > Settings > Export my data.
