To change your units:
- Go to the "More" menu in the bottom bar
- Select "Settings" (in the "ACCOUNT" section)
- In the "APP PREFERENCES & PRIVACY" section, select "Unit preferences"
- Select your preferred units for each measurement and tap "DONE"
