In the Ovia app, you can track the following goals:
Tracking my cycle
Trying to conceive
Tracking my pregnancy
Postpartum
Managing peri/menopause
Selecting a goal will tailor your Ovia app experience to highlight health data tracking categories, content, tidbits, and other features tailored to that goal. Additionally, as you switch between Ovia goals over your health journey, all your data will always be saved and accessible. You will be prompted to complete health assessments and mental health screeners based on the goal you choose, which will further personalize your Ovia experience and recommendations.
You can update your Goal from your Profile located in the "More" menu > "Account" section or from the (+) plus button menu in the upper right-hand corner of the app’s home screen.
