To reset your account:
  • Go to the "More" menu in the bottom bar
  • Select "Your profile" or “Settings” (in the "ACCOUNT" section)
  • Select "Reset Account"
  • Tap “Confirm" (iOS)/"OK" (Android)
At this point, you can start tracking a new pregnancy by selecting "Home" from the bottom bar and tapping "Add a pregnancy"; or you can go to Ovia Fertility by tapping the Ovia Fertility icon from your "Home" screen.

Resetting your Ovia Pregnancy account will start your pregnancy over from 0 weeks and 0 days, it will not stop tracking a pregnancy. To report a pregnancy loss, select "I've experienced a pregnancy loss" in your profile.
